RECAP - Perl Weekly Challenge - 070

Monday, Jul 27, 2020| Tags: Perl, Raku

HEADLINES

This week we introduced 2 new languages i.e. Lisp by Cheok-Yin Fung and Swift by me. I added 5 solutions, all Task #1 from five different weekly challenges.

Perl Weekly Challenge - 070
Perl Weekly Challenge - 069
Perl Weekly Challenge - 068
Perl Weekly Challenge - 066
Perl Weekly Challenge - 065

Python has finally reached the magic figure and became the first language to cross 100 mark. It is also the most popular language among the Team PWC after Perl and Raku.

In the first week itself, Swift made it to Top 10, not bad. I know it is going to be difficult to beat Python I can certainly try to beat APL and C++, the second and third in the list. It is fun.

I am now part of Guest Contributors list now, thanks to Swift. I am currently ranked #014. I am aiming for top post but Ulrich Rieke sitting there comfortably with a big lead. However I am not going to give up easily. I am enjoying it. Objective is to have fun and learn something new at the same time.

I know this is coming to you very late as I was not feeling 100%. I will cut it short this week to get it out asap. Speak to you soon next week, till then keep sharing.
